Practice your target shooting with a friendly game of lawn darts. Aim for the hoops and see who can get their darts the closest. Perfect entertainment for family and friends while you're at the campsite.
Features:
Setup:
Place the rings in the playing field. The set up of the rings will determine the difficulty of the game.
Gameplay:
The object of the game is to toss your lawn darts at the rings and try to land them either inside of the rings, or as close to the rings as possible. You can score the game in a number of different ways including a count-all system, or a cancellation system. In the count-all system, a dart landing inside of the ring counts as 3 points, and 1 point is awarded for each dart that is closer to the ring than your opponent's darts. In the cancellation system, if you and your opponent have darts land in the same area, it cancels the number of points the other person earns. The first person to 21 points wins.

Michael: Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at the outside/inside freestyle lawn darts. These are going to be a great option for you if you want to have a backyard game or while you're out at the camp site. Unlike they're dangerous predecessors, these do not have any sharp points to them. They are going to be a nice, smooth, dart.
They just have a little bit of weight to them, with a metal plate on the inside there, so they will come down with the tip down towards the ground. They do have just a little bit of weight. Obviously, you don't want to throw them at people, but they're nowhere near as dangerous as the original lawn darts were. So, definitely safe kids to play with. You're going to get two orange darts and two blue darts. You're also going to get two of these 16-inch diameter blue rings, and two of these 30-inch diameter orange rings.
You'll space them out about 30 yards apart something like that, or could be closer or farther depending on your skill level. Then you'll take turns trying to throw the dart into the ring. If you want, you can have it set up like I have it here, where the smaller ring is inside the larger ring so you get more points if you get the inner ring, slightly less points if you get within the outer ring and then going out from there, whoever's closest. Or you can set it up in different configurations, whichever you like.Lots of different options there to keep it entertaining for you. But, this is going to be a nice backyard game or at the campsite.
It does come with a bag that fits all the components, so you don't have to worry about losing anything. It'll all stay there, so that I'll be there when you want it the next time. That's going to complete our look for today. Again, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Thanks for watching..
